This week was a good week for some reason when ever I write these I always blank on what I did this week and usually I have my planner with me to help remind me of what happened this week, but we are in the Cities today so I don't have my planner so this email probably won't be the best email ever because I just can't remember for the life of me what happened this week!
We went on exchanges on Tuesday and I left the area. I started a diet of a smoothie for breakfast and hard boiled eggs for lunch. Man it really back fires when I have member meals because then I just eat a ton. I have to find a way to balance member meals and my diet because doing a diet is kinda pointless when I just go eat a ton at dinner but hey it is all good! I'll figure it out somehow!
Well Wedneday we had the usual we went and saw Harry and he was going to the Temple for the first time later that evening and he was super excited so that was awesome! When we saw him again on Saturday it turns out he forgot his recommend at home but the member of the bishopric who was there just interviewed him again so that was good! He loved it. So that was great! On Friday we had Zone service, but before that we had zone lunch at Old Country Buffet which again kinda killed my whole diet thing but I only ate 2 pates compared to my usual 4 so that was good! Service was fun we did this thing called feed my starving children where we help package food for them and then send it out to starving kids in countries around the world and it was lots of fun.
Then Friday consisted of all planning so that was good then we taught a recent convert, the Gilmers, that night and had a great lesson on commandments! It was super spiritual it was great! I just remembered on Thursday for some reason I was just in a down mood and I was doubting myself, but we had a lesson with these members about the atonement and the Spirit was just so strong and I taught the whole lesson my comp was quiet for some reason, but it was good because it gave me confidence it my teaching abilities, so that was great!
Saturday it was 40 degrees out it was great! I didn't have to wear a jacket and I loved it we did alot of walking so that was great and for dinner we went to this part member family's house and had Olive Garden and it was great! Then the non member came to church the next day so that was great! Sunday was good we did alot of walking on Sunday too and it was a good sacrament meeting a missionary got home from the ward and she got back Saturday afternoon and spoke Sunday she went to Brasil and bore her testimony in Portuguese so that was cool for my comp because he could understand what she was saying so that was cool.
Today should be fun we are in the Cities and we are going to a scuplture garden with a big cherry on a spoon so that should be cool. Then we are kinda just hanging out should be a fun day! Well hopefully that all made sense hope all of a great week.

Short Email Week! because No Time
So I don't have much time to recap my whole week, but I had a pretty good one now that I look back on it. I had a great time on Monday in the Cities! I was feeling super down the whole week I don't know why but I just started to pray and study harder and it helped and as the week went by. It was a rough week, but on Sunday it was fantastic we had a great sacrament meeting and then we were teaching Gospel Principles that day and it was a super spiritual lesson on the sacrament and then we got to help with some board of reviews! for some scouts that was fun and we had a great dinner with a super spiritual message! Then our convert was speaking at president's fireside that night so we got to go hear him speak. A choir was sing and they sang this song and it just hit me it was all about the Savior's love for us and I just felt how much my Savior does love me in that moment and it was amazing. I realized how much I have already changed, but I also realized how much more I still have to go, but I know with God's help I will be able to accomplish that and be the person that he needs me to be so that is my new focus being the person that the Lord needs me to be in every way that I can and that is something we should all strive for because he knows our true potential and we can limit out selves at times, but thinking we are done growing, but with God we can reach our full potential and become who he needs us to be! So that is my goal and I encourage everyone to make that their goal as well. I love my Father in Heaven and his son Jesus Christ and i love this gospel every aspect about it! I love being a missionary!

Pretty Good Week and Lovin' It
We had a pretty good week this week. It was not too slow. We had a decent amount of appts! On Tuesday we went to this family's house who feed us dinner every Tuesday night and they have some crazy kids. So I love going over there because it is never a dull moment ever! This week their kid who's name is Eagan kept trying to kiss me and my comp and we aren't allowed to hold or pick up kids so it was super hard to get him off of us, but it was funny. Then the same kid had on pants that were to big so every time he raised his hands his pants would just fall straight down it was hilarious and it was great!
With the sisters leaving our area we are teaching their recent converts and they are super awesome. They have read more church things then alot of the long time members that i know here. It is crazy they are super solid it is super fun to teach them so that is good. We get to see them twice a week and that is lots of fun! Then Wednesday is probably my favorite day now because we have service at the Food Shelf and we get to see my favorite person Harry. I love that guy and we get to see one of my other favorites Brother Gray. So Wednesdays are like the best day ever. Wednesday night we were knocking and this kid said he wanted to listen. So he quickly stepped out trying to avoid his mother it seemed like. Man then his mom came out and we didn't get to teach him so that was no good, but it is all good. Things like that happen!
On Thursday we did exchanges and I went with the new Elder in our District to my area and he is brand new. He is quiet, but I am sure that is how I was so was fine with it. It just makes me wonder how much more I talk now because before the sisters left we were at out wml's house and his wife said, "Man! Elder Howe used to be super quiet and then a sister who came in right after I was done training at the end of November said she didn't believe her because I talk so much now apparently. So I wonder how much more I talk now. Thursday night we went out with the Stake President who is in our ward and it was such a great lesson he is an amazing teacher. We were seeing the family who got baptized at the end of January and whose daughter, who is 13, didn't get baptized. The Stake President just really got out of here her concerns which we haven't been able to do it was great. It was a super spiritually strong environment! I want to be able to bring the Spirit like that when I teach!
Saturday looked super bleak at first because all of our plans fell through and we had another one for 6:00 and we drive out there and he changed his mind so we had no idea what do to because our plans were set for the other side of the city, but I felt like we needed to be somewhere and the name Benjamin popped in to my mind who is a former investigator of ours and he lives right next to this less active. AS we pull into their street and there is a big u-hual in front of his house. So I decide to go see if he needs any help and we get in the door and first I thought it was a mistake because this other guy was cussing and putting our religion down and stuff. So I started to talk to the less active and was having a great conversation with him and then the non member starts to talk to my comp. So I am teaching/talking to the less active and at the same time my comp is teaching/talking to the nonmember there. It was great it was a great interaction we left him with a BoM and he said he would read it so that was great! After we left I just knew that was where I was supposed to be it was a miracle that night it was great!
Sunday was a super great day it was a great testimony meeting Harry bore his testimony again and I love it when he does he is just so awesome! Then we had dinner at a members house and they had non members over so that was great. We got to share a message with them and that night I filled the last page of my journal! so I need to get a new one, but I finished one whole journal I didn't think I would ever do that. So that is a big accomplishment for me! I just love being here in Minnesota serving the Lord it is starting to go a little faster and it doesn't seem like a very long time that I have left. So I am trying to cherish every moment of it before it ends! I love being am missionary and I love this work!
